Scouts benefit from Cutest Baby contest

Alco Stores hosted a chainwide contest for the cutest baby in October 2005.  The community was given the opportunity to "vote" for their choice of the cutest baby by donating for the child they thought was the cutest.  Samantha Brotherwood, daughter of Sarah and Scott Brotherwood of Delphos, was this year's winner.  Samantha and other babies brought in $558 for the Delphos area.  The chain-wide donation total came to $64,l500.  Area groups benefited from the contest, including the Delphos Girl Scouts, the Delphos Cub Scouts and the Delphos Boy Scouts.
